Description

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — Mendota Heights residents can drop off unused prescriptions to police at City Hall on April 30 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., according to the city's website. April 30 is the DEA's National Drug Take Back Day, focused on getting unused prescriptions off the street and safely disposed. Residents will be able to drive through City Hall's main entrance turnabout and police will collect the prescriptions, the city said. Sharps and needles won't be accepted, but Epi-pens will, according to the city. If you can't make this event, there is a green drop-off box for unused prescriptions in the lobby of the Police Department that is open 24/7, the city said. More information is available here.
