Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati: Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) will begin water shutoffs on May 2 for thousands of customers with past due accounts, the company said on Thursday. In addition, late fees will be added to their balances. GCWW has not turned off water or added late fees to bills since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. (WLWT Cincinnati) Thousands of Duke Energy customers in Greater Cincinnati will be getting a refund after Ohio's Public Utilities Commission approved a settlement resolving several natural gas cases. Commissioner Dennis Deters stated that the approval of the settlement agreement is good news for Duke Energy's natural gas customers. Many residential customers will receive a one-time bill credit of $133. (WLWT Cincinnati) Cincinnati District 5 police are asking the public for help in finding Colin Black, a missing 14-year-old. The runaway teen was last seen at the 5300 block of Bahama Terrace in Mount Airy after leaving home without approval. Black is 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
