New all original act needs drummer

We are currently a 3 piece (guitarist/singer/songwriter, second guitar, and bass). Weve been practicing for about a month. We have an 8 song set were working on. (More material prepared, but taking our time with these for now) Age ranges from 33 to 55. Experienced musicians with written material. We have our own PA and connections for gigs, looking to really focus on getting our sound tight before starting to play shows, aiming for our debut show sometime this summer. Our set up is acoustic guitar and vocals, electric leads and electric bass. For the drummer there's a lot of emphasis on dynamics. Were not trying to be extremely loud and the songs aren't really fast. Influences, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Avett Brothers, Bob Sneighder. Think that style. Our lead guitar player is a sound engineer and we have equipment to record ourselves and connections to get studio time. We practice once a week, goals are to record these songs and gig locally. All adults here, two of our members are sober, our practices are not hang out and drink beer/smoke pot. We are focused on the music, what you do on your own time is your business but if you like to get sloppy every night this isn't going to work out. Harmony vocals a huge plus Looking for someone who enjoys what we're working on and wants to be apart of it. It's a good opportunity to for sure lay down some recordings, and play some local shows. We are realists here and have been around the block as far as playing music in this city. I don't really expect us to be going on tour or making much money, but hey.. you never know. Songs have good hooks and structure, but for now just looking for the right fit who can practice with us once a week for a couple of hours and have fun creating good music with us.
