Demolition and Abatement Work. Tearing down houses, buildings, barns, etc. Floor removal, ripping up tiles, carpet, etc. Tearing down walls, ceilings, trusses, framing etc. Dismantling, disassembling and transporting building items like lights, doors, fixtures, piping, shelving, etc, anything that's not garbage. You name it, we do it. Mix of manual labor, using tools, running equipment (when trained and able), generally being good with all things construction industry related. $20 to $30 range.  40 hrs a week, then overtime paid time and a half. Crews generally run only Monday - Thursday (4 10-hr days), so you get the benefit of long weekends, but we do work Fridays when necessary, especially if you're an asset to our team with great work ethic, you'll get more OT hours. Shop is in Montevideo MN and we travel when necessary from there. We pay hotels. We give you $30 per day per diem/meal allowance when on the road. If you're a good fit and you like it, we will pay to get you licensed. Bump in wages. CDL license a plus! Bump in wages. Experience with heavy machinery like excavators, skid loaders, payloaders, etc is a huge plus too. But not required to apply. Valid Driver's License in good standing much preferred. Must be punctual, good-natured, hard working, team player.  Room for advancement to Foreman for those that earn it.
