Rental Counter/ Store/ Shopkeeper

Description

We are looking for a friendly energetic addition to our store/shop and sign shop. This individual will be the first point of contact with customers and shop personnel. The ideal candidate is driven, hardworking, flexible and equipment savvy. The ideal person is comfortable assisting in the management and direction of others. This is a full time position with room to grow. Responsibilities • First point of contact with customers via the phone and in person • Determine/Understands customer equipment needs • Obtains all customer information; Financing and/or Credit • Finalizes and secures equipment for dates needed • Places all rentals and purchase orders into computer system • Organizes transportation for order • Effectively communicates with Production for upcoming equipment requirements • Administers all aspects of rental contracts, rental dates, rates, amendments, suspensions, terminations and other related paperwork • Check Invoices and Credit memos against contract files • Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner • Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly • Support sales and marketing efforts with prospecting calls as needed, sales leads, and incoming inquires • Assist marketing for product promotions and rental programs • Create weekly report and provides updates for equipment rentals for weekly meeting • Assist shop and labor personal with picking up/dropping off equipment, stocking, maintaining inventory, and occasional basic maintenance to equipment Requirements • Attention to detail • Must be able to lift 75lbs • Must be able to comfortable move up, down and around equipment • Ability to learn contract management • Can do attitude • Critical Thinker • Self Starter • Able to work in a variety of environments (noise, multiple phone lines, etc…) • Comfortable working in a variety of temperatures and elements Salary: $DOE Schedule: Flexible This if a full time position with health, dental, vision, PTO and 401k.
