100 year old piece, can you identify?

Found this bottle in the basement years ago, left it there until now. It's some wooden sculpture inside a bottle, along with what appears to be some juniper or cypress leaves. It's at least a hundred years old. Just curious if anyone could tell what this is for or represents. Thanks.
