Our highly trained staff and state of the art technology ensures Customer satisfaction with every shipment. NCMS Shipping Associate is responsible for stocking non-prescription orders, preparing shipments, and any other tasks assigned by our Shipping management team.Primary Responsibilities, Expected Professional Competencies— Available during Business Hours (8:30 AM - 5 PM) Retrieve and prepare orders as designated on service instructions Sort, package, and properly document supplies being shipped Prepare, assemble, and package shipments for Sales/Marketing department Stock shelves with inventory, counting and recording as required; assist with monthly Inventory counts Clean and sweep Shipping area Prepare and perform Document scanning Perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as required Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the needs of the department Required Education, Training and/or Professional Experience— High school diploma or GED required Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality. Basic computer skills required; database data entry experience preferred Clear diction and knowledge of English language, both verbal and written. Solid mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Excels at operating in a fast pace environment. High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
