I own a rooming house, called THE NEIL HOUSE, at 1448 Neil Avenue near the corner of King and Neil. In the back of the rooming house is a 3-car garage that is, quite frankly, not very attractive. I am placing this ad on here to see what your very best bid is to TOTALLY take the garage away such that the concrete floor remains.... and that is it! I rent the 3 spaces to residents and it would stay that way. Anyway, if you send me your name and cell phone number, I will text back 3 photos to give you an good idea about the garage.
