Want to work for the best pool company in town? Aqua Clear Pool Services is looking to hire full time Pool Service Technicians. If hired as a Pool Service Technician and you don't have experience, you will train with one of our current technicians, riding along with them to service the pools on their route until you are ready to service pools on your own. A Pool Service Technician is responsible for weekly service of their customer's pools. This includes water chemistry and balancing the pool chemicals, skimming the surface for debris, vacuuming the bottom of the pool if needed, brushing tile, steps and benches, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, visual inspection of the pool equipment for leaks, along with other duties. Pool Technicians will clean salt cells and filters as needed. Pool techs are also responsible for communicating with their customers and our office manager. Starting pay during training will be $15.00/hr. Our pool techs with experience earn on average between $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. Your potential earnings will grow as you grow with knowledge. Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train if you are the right fit for our team and company culture. A company vehicle is provided with company fuel card. You will need a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record and a smart phone. We will do a background check.
