Established North County Swimming Pool Company has an opportunity for immediate employment for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Must be professional and have extensive knowledge in the Swimming Pool Construction industry. You oversee the pool construction of multiple jobs. You ensure each project finishes within the estimated time and budget. Leveraging your organization and leadership skills, you coordinate each of the different trades, interact with homeowners regarding their project, and ensure the project is being installed correctly. This role is a hands on, sometimes getting dirty, working in the field job. Skills needed to excel at this job: Knowledge of all aspects of Pool Construction Maintains construction schedule and identifies/solves problems Excellent communication skills - THIS IS IMPORTANT! Good computer and correspondence skills to include daily email interaction Team player Ability to multitask Ability to meet deadlines and budgets Strong leadership skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Sense of urgency Great customer service Customer service or sales experience is a plus!
