Job Details: Qualified candidate is expected to be able to jump right in and perform all irrigation and landscape duties as they pertain to large commercial facility. Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance functions such as planting, pruning, fertilization and insect and disease control are also helpful. Time Commitment: This is a Full Time, year round position. Immediate Opening Available. Position Reports To: Leif Dickinson, Turf & Landscape Superintendent Requirements, Skills & Experience Knowledge of all irrigation piping from 6 inch mainlines to ½ inch lateral lines for both reclaimed and potable water systems for new installations plus the repair and retrofit of existing systems. Knowledge of drip irrigation. Knowledge of both conventional irrigation wiring and 2 wire decoder systems very helpful especially for Hunter systems. Skilled in the use of landscape construction equipment such as Reel and Rotary mowers, Deep Tine and Coring Aerators, Excavators, Skip Loaders, Tractors, trenchers, Man-lifts and Skid Steers QAL or QAC Certificate or license helpful.
