Need garage cleaned out and junk hauled off

Looking for someone to give me a quote on cleaning out our garage. Unfortunately the garage door does not open so the items will need to be brought through the house and out the front door. It is mostly cardboard boxes but there is a couch and 2 loveseats that need to go as well as paint cans, a TV and a old battery as well as random PC parts. Basically everything goes except the things on shelves, tools, the washer and dryer, filing cabinets, freezers or Christmas stuff. Feel free to keep anything you want. Long story short we needed to move back to TX so ended the lease of a property I own but rented and the previous tenants left but trash the place. Cash or CC also need a receipt for the cleanup.
