Bolt Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third party logistics company, serving e-commerce businesses around North America who are in need of inventory storage and shipping services. We are expanding into a 4,000 sqft warehouse in Vernon, CA and are looking for a driven individual to grow into this next phase of expansion with us.The company is currently being run by 4 young serial entrepreneurs with 20 years of collective warehousing/fulfillment, e-commerce, and digital marketing experience. We are looking to add the right team member to this tight knit and hard working group of individuals. This role is ideal for individuals who are disciplined, organized, and have a high degree of motivation and willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Receive and organize incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and ship all outgoing shipments to individual customers
Manage & keep track of inventory within warehouse and inventory being shipped out
Utilize warehouse management software
Ensure a high degree of quality control and reduce/eliminate mistakes within order processing
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word etc.)
Fork Lift Operator License (or willing to learn)
Living in LA
About the position:
Full-time salary (40hrs / week)
Option to earn commission for signing additional clients
Option to earn equity in company based on level of motivation and performance
Option for periodic performance based cash bonuses
