This position is responsible for keeping clean and well maintained at all times a 14 story High Rise Condominium property and surrounding exterior. Responsibilities: • Follow and complete the facilities daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule. • Collects and bags all garbage from the center, placing the tied bags in a closed dumpster. • Disinfects and cleans garbage and trashcans, and changes bags daily. • Washes and sanitizes bathrooms fixtures daily with germicidal solution. • Washes bathroom, kitchen, and other common areas. • Refills paper towel, tissue, toilet paper and hand soap in all dispensers. • Restocking of custodial supplies. • Helps maintain and track inventory supplies required for building. • Sweeps and clears entrance spaces, daily. • Dusts, washes and sanitizes other surfaces as specified in schedule. • Assisting with maintenance Dept in changing light bulbs, building facility and custodian operations. • Monitoring restrooms for repairs. • Provides equipment safety updates and performs required safety checks. • Participates in emergency fire drills • Conducts Safety and Facilities checklist to ensure safety of the building and that repairs of the facility are completed. Maintain the pool. • Take inventory of cleaning supplies or get equipment repaired. • Take care of water leaks, and other maintenance needs. • All other health and safety hazards noticed. • Assists in responding to facilities or custodial emergencies • Performs other duties as specified in job description addendum or as assigned. Skill & Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalency. • One year in the custodial field. • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) and effectively interact with internal and external individuals. • Ability to be proactive, creative, take imitative and operate independently. • Define and solve problems while dealing with a variety of situations where limited standards exist. • Maintain flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated overtime as requested per business and operational needs. Tuesday thru Sunday – 8am to 4:30pm $16hr to start. Full medical insurance after 90 days. Paid time off. Parking
