Meat Cutters & Trimmers – Looking for someone who has meat cutting experience with consistent and accurate knife skills, and wants weekends off!  Employee will cut and trim meat from larger, wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts. Employee will accurately cut to trim and yield specifications as specified by information provided by cut tickets and ensure that all product specifications are being met according to guidelines.
