Passport stolen

My husband lost his black waist bag with brown wallet inside with cash, credit/debit cards, driver license etc. The most important, inside the bag was BLUE UKRANIAN PASSPORT. Most probably the thieve throw the stuff in the trash bin. I also attached a pics of the man who stole the bag! Maybe you will recognize him!if you know this person please ask him to return docs and passport!!! Please let me know if you will see the passport! Or you can bring it to police. We already file a report
