We are looking for a Full-Time customer service representative to join our team and provide first-class support to our customers via person to person. Our office is located in the FiDi downtown area. This is the ideal job for someone who is looking for a fixed schedule, at approximately 40+ hours a week. This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Process, update, and verify our customers accounts
Handle customer support inquiries for products and services through a application process
Work across our texting system we provide to our customers for a easier process
Respond to their inquiries if they have any questions about their accounts
Communicate to your team on customer feedback relating to processes, products, marketing, etc
Identify and recommend process improvements in day to day operations
Additional responsibilities as needed
Experience:
Working with people or the public
Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills
Fluency and mastery of English
Excellent customer service skills & customer focus
Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time
Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks
Superior decision-making skills
Bi-Lingual is a plus!
REQUIREMENTS:
Covid-19 Vaccination
18 years or older
Must work Monday-Saturday!
Weekly Pay: Around 975$ote
