Custodian needed at Meadowbrook Pointe in Westbury, NY 11590. Full-time, 40 hours a week, must be able to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Work shifts vary from day to day. $15 per hour. Duties / Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk for long periods • Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds • Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools • Time-management and multitasking abilities • Physical strength and stamina • Organization skills • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition • Performs routine maintenance activities • Performs heavy cleaning duties • Gathers and empties trash • Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities • Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment • Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions • Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture
