Your Responsibilities Our Worcester, MA portfolio is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and grounds keeping. The work hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
