Some of you devoted sound healers have been asking... Where will my mission begin? And when will I meet my music soul tribe? If you believe what I know, we will meet in Boston during the new moon phase in Taurus. I'm Pippa Fleming a professional performance artist, improvisational dancer and vocalist. I've been educated, groomed and influenced by a plethora of diverse human beings that span multiple generations and lifetimes. I'm seeking female born, female identified sister's of color for this piece. If this is not who you are or how you identify this is ok with me, it' s just not the project for you. The Project: The Ms K.I.A. Chronicles Description: The Chronicles is a traveling one woman salon hosted by Pippa Fleming AKA Ms K.I.A. A suit clad drag king lesbian vocalist. Accompanied by a live band Ms. K.I.A. takes her audience on the wacky, comical mind bending journey of walking the streets "Feeling Like A Woman...Looking Like A Man. Who I'm seeking: *Multi-instrument composer *Multi-instrument percussionist *Drummer *Bass Qualities & Must Have's: I seek empowered female musicians who have professional grade chops and are ready to say yes to a project. What does this mean? It means you come with your hair done feeling good! It means you are confident about your training, playing and performing abilities. You know how to work collaboratively, intuitively and improvisationally. I am intentionally and unapologetically seeking a multi-cultural female cast who are as diverse as the stars. I curate a rehearsal and creative environment that is nurturing and requires a commitment to authentic communication no matter the topic, concern or desire.
