My abandoned old house is falling apart! Can YOU help me fix it?

Hey, thanks for clicking on this. A client of mine has a 2 bedroom 2 bath house in Clover. He just put a new roof on and now needs new sheets of plywood installed (due to water leak); then 8 - 10 sheets of drywall, a bit of trim work and a complete 2 color interior repaint to finish the house. I'm sure a few other things too... Its a small job although an important one, as he is a good customer and if you're skilled, we can keep you busy. Plus....his check always clears. So for this job we'll need: - Painting - Drywall - Floor and ceiling repair - Vinyl floor installation All different types of jobs, from residential, commercial and more.
