Looking for a person to fulfill front office and shipping duties for our manufacturing company (screen print and embroidery). Work includes but is not limited to, answering phone calls, receiving deliveries, boxing and shipping orders, using software to track job progress. Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs, basic computer skill in windows office programs Example: Microsoft word, excel, outlook for email, etc... Key Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving items, examine incoming shipments, reject damage items and record shortages. Insure accurate routing of incoming deliveries. Pack, weigh, label material for shipment as directed. Answering phones, monitoring and responding to email, and entering customer orders. • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirement • Prepares shipments for pick up using FedEx, UPS or other freight programs • Prepare shipments for delivery to customer, outside process or stock per instructions • Performs inventory cycle counts • Counts and verifies quantities of incoming shipments from vendors or customers • Answer phones and work with customers in a professional manner • Monitor and respond to email • Enter orders • Other duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED • Experienced with MS Office • Knowledge of operating a forklift or pallet jack • Effective time management skills • Multitasking skills and detail oriented
