I own several properties in North Point Village and Charles mount I have two houses next door to each other both of them need two and a half ton compressors replaced with a coils the line sets will be reusable I have brand new units in the box ready to go I'm looking for someone who does h v a c work on the side and is experianced and certified. I am not a slumlord I have decent properties and I'm willing to pay a fair price for this work to be done but I also am not interested in outrageous prices either I am a skilled Tradesman myself I just am not certified to do hvac work myself please only reply if you have experience I will know by talking to you in the first 20 minutes if you know what you're doing.
