I have a six-month-old lutino cockatiel. She's a DNA sexed female and hatched around September 29th. She is not tame. She was handfed and handled often, but despite that she's always been skittish, so I wouldn't expect her to become friendlier with more work. However, she's a very beautiful bird! The pictures don't do her justice. Her rehoming fee is $250.
