**Janitorial Supervisor/Maintenance Technician**

Argus Janitorial is looking for a Supervisor to be the jack of all trades! We are looking for someone who is a highly organized & self-motivated individual who can effectively supervise a team of janitors & oversee multiple accounts in a night. This position will maintain and perform maintenance for all the janitorial equipment, including periodic floor care and carpet cleaning! Don't have floor experience? WE WILL TRAIN YOU! The Job: Oversee multiple job sites Follow up on cleaning crew to ensure that it is up to Argus and our customer standards Comply with Argus policies and procedures Train/retrain new janitors or existing janitors when necessary Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people of all ethnicities, disabilities, and communication barriers Perform maintenance on equipment as needed Operate equipment, including buffers, auto scrubbers, high-speed burnishers, carpet extractors, fans, and pressure washers Perform janitorial duties as needed Requirements: Three (3) months of Janitorial experience At least six (6) months of Supervisor/Management experience Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Must have a clear driving record up to 5 years.
