Hi I need someone that can help me with small jobs around my home. 1st item Currently I need someone to help me change out the shower caulking and put new caulking and add stripping. The old caulking has mold underneath if the shower is clean so I bought some caulking that is mold proof. And the shower has been leaking water because I removed the stripping but never added a new one. I was going to do everything myself but if I can find someone I would prefer to have since I have a back issue sometimes. 2nd Item In late May or June I'm hoping to have someone help me touch up holes in the wall patch them up and paint them and I'm hoping I have leftover paint laying around the house. 3rd item The third project would be helping me to fix base boarding that was damaged by birds chewing on it. I already have someone who does the Landscaping bi-weekly at $50 so I don't need anybody for landscaping at this time. Please let me know your experience and what you charge for projects PS: Do you paint?
