Experienced maintenance personnel needed for large apartment complexes in Morgantown and Fairmont, WV. Full-time position. Summary: provides maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electical) repairs and up-keep of the complex. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, provide personal tools, ability to organize work load and solve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner, building/facility maintenance experience a plus, willing to learn new skills, ability to work with others to plan, coordinate and complete tasks. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and pass a background check.
