Position Description: Foreman is required to operate and maintain striping machine. The foreman will be responsible for ensuring all scheduled daily jobs are completed in a timely manner. Ensure that job quality meets Chamberlain Contractors standards. Job Location: 148 Lafayette Ave, Laurel, MD. Various job sites and locations. Benefits: 401K, Health Benefits, Paid-time off (PTO) Position Responsibilities: • Keep striping van, machinery, and all tools clean, maintained and orderly • Must read daily jobs’ details, plans, and maps • Order and maintain necessary job materials stocked in striping garage and striping van. • Stripe, layout, and paint all and any required traffic markings with the assistance of a helper. • Arrive to all jobsites at scheduled time • Report any changes on jobs, customer issues, or any jobsite issues directly to VP of Operations. • Communicate with estimators and customers • Work with and communicate with asphalt, concrete, seal coating, and striping crews when required. DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO: El supervisor es responsible de operar y mantener las maquinas de pintura. El superisor es responsible de asegurarse que los trabajos esten terminados completamente en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a la planeacion. Se asegurara que los trabajos cumplan con los estandares de calidad de Chamberlain Contractors. Lugar del trabajo: 148 Lafayette Ave. Laurel, MD. Varios trabajos y direcciones. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:  Mantener maquinaria, herramientas y camioneta de pintura siempre ordenadas y limpias.  Diariamente leer los requisitos del trabajo, planos y mapas.  Ordener y mantener al dia el inventario de los materiales en el almacen y camioneta.  Pintar y marcar todo y cualquier requerimiento con la assistencia de un ayudante.  Estar en los trabajos en tiempo de acuerdo a la planeacion del trabajo. Dia, Noche y Fin de semanas.  Reportar cualquier cambio, queja del cliente con el Vice Presidente de Operaciones.  Comunicacion con el Vendedor y Cliente.  Comunicar y trabajar cuando se require con los grupos de asfalto, concreto, sealing y pintura.  Tomar fotos del trabajo terminado y enviar al representante del trabajo WE ARE HIRING STRIPING LABORERS ALSO!!
