Servicon is a family-owned company which has been in business for almost 50 years. We are always looking for great people to add to the Servicon family! We will train you in green cleaning. Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm - Perform work assignments and perform other associates work assignments when required in compliance with Servicon’s cleaning procedures / processes and quality expectations. - Responsible for overseeing work team(s) and/or areas assigned ensuring work is performed to Servicon’s quality standards - Assist in motivating assigned staff, creating a positive work environment for associates and reporting issues / problems to the appropriate Servicon management team - Assists in on-boarding and training new associates on subjects including safety programs, company policies & procedures, proper cleaning procedures / processes and maintenance of equipment. - Inspects assigned work area during/after work has been completed - Assists with cleaning as needed REQUIRED: US Citizen, Covid-19 vaccinated, Background check (may require Clearance), English speaking $350 Bonus after 90 days of work Contact Richard at: 310-912-0290 janitor
