PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND COMPLETE AN APPLICATION: Plant Operator with Mobile Crushing Crew: Performs the day-to-day activities on site. Laborer duties will be included in this position. Will be required to travel to our multiple plants sites in CO: Longmont, Centennial, Morrison, Brighton, Greeley and Colorado Springs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains equipment in proper working order. Maintains and reviews maintenance logs for repairs. Communicates with drivers and crew which includes supervisor, loader operators and laborers. Uses safe practices in all activities. Equipment Operation: Loader, conveyors, generators and motors Plant Ground Laborer duties: Keep site clean Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant Loads and delivers materials. Performs light maintenance Lubricates parts. Ensures compliance to all health and safety, environmental, compliance and human resources policies and procedures. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Required: Laborer experience minimum of one year of experience performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment. Required Education: High School diploma/GED Required Work Experience: 1-3 years. Experience running a plant including crusher or wash plant is ideal. Required Training/Certifications: Mobile equipment certifications/proficiencies for forklift, loader, skid steer, and man-lift. Basic mechanical skills including welding and cutting. Licenses Preferred: Valid Driver’s License. Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Additional Requirements: Experience with customer service and equipment operation and maintenance. Knowledge in Sand & Gravel processing on a wash plant with a HP 300 crushers and strong understanding of screening aggregates to major plant repairs as well as taking on a Leadman role.
