Vacation Rental company is seeking full-time and part-time condo cleaners/housekeepers. We are looking to hire immediately and will be calling resumes as they are submitted. We provide cleaning equipment and all supplies What We Offer: - Average earnings per cleaner of $50/studio, $60 /1 bedroom 1 bath - Steady work (including weekends, some minor Holidays) No work on major Holidays. - Flexible schedule: 1-6 days/week. Pick your days. - Flexible hours - cleanings are scheduled between 11 AM and 4 PM. No nights. - Paid vacation! - Bonuses for 5-star reviews - Weekly pay via business check - Work independently as a contractor, meaning that you will need to fill out a w-9 and be responsible for your own taxes. Requirements: - Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as company policies and procedures - General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning - Excellent time management skills - Must be able to self-manage after the 2-week paid training - Must be reliable & trustworthy - Strong attention to detail, organized and able to follow a schedule - Maintain equipment in good condition - Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred but we will train the right person. - Must be able to use a smartphone - Must have a DL and a reliable vehicle - Must be authorized to work in the US - There are no Covid requirements!
