Help mounting two TVs

Hi, I've got two TVs that I'd like mounted. If you're interested, could you please let me know how much you'd charge for mounting both TVs under the following scenarios: 1. Just hang them on the wall with the wire coming down or 2. Hang them on the wall and have the wire go through the wall and back out into the plug (see picture) Also, please let me know when you're available. Thanks!
