Description

We are looking for a Janitorial Worker who takes pride in making sure the building looks clean, presentable and inviting at all times, especially between routine cleaning and maintenance activities. This position is located in our North Austin office. The hours are M-F 7:00 am – 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities: • Clean lobby and common areas • Clean restrooms. Restock supplies in restrooms as necessary • Service kitchen, cafeteria, and/or break rooms (particularly before and after busy times) • Perform continuous touch-point cleaning to reduce the spread of illness by eliminating bacteria and germs • Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies • Remove or warn of safety hazards, such as objects in the way of pedestrians or wet floors • Remove litter and debris from entrances and parking lots • Other duties as assigned Abilities and Requirements: • Must be willing to work assigned hours (Monday-Friday) • Ability to read, write and speak basic English • Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the duration of the shift • Ability to lift between 25lbs-50lbs frequently throughout the duration of the shift • Ability to work both independently and in team settings Benefits: • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance • Flexible Spending Account – Healthcare and Dependent Care • Company-subsidized health savings account with HDHP • Company-paid life, short and long term disability insurance • 401K plan with company match • Paid time off • Use of Company Vacation Homes in Mountain and at the Beach Notes: • We appreciate all responses, but only those applicants under consideration will be contacted.
