Join a great company! Our Flat Roof Technicians complete a variety of jobs such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built Up Roofs, and Modified Bitumen for Bone Dry Roofing clients providing exceptional service. Work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry Roofing. We offer two options for pay structure; you can choose to work hourly, or be commission based where you earn a percentage of of the projects you complete. Flat Roof and Carpentry experience are preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive on the job training. Each year, depending on overall company performance, Bone Dry Roofing takes all of its employees and spouses on an all expenses paid trip to the Caribbean! What You Will Do: Perform necessary projects for clients as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built Up Roofs, Modified Bitumen, and some carpentry work. Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the client during the project. Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects. Communicate with clients before, during, and after projects. Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation. Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete. Look for other necessary repairs that would be beneficial to the client. Follow all safety procedures.
