$50 for rehearsal looking for drummer

Looking for a drummer for rehearsals. Rehearsal pays $25 an hour and I will need at least 2 hours minimum per rehearsal. Most rehearsals with musicians will tend to go 2.5 hours hence in the event we exceed the 2 hour mark you will be paid $62.50 for the 2.5 hours. Genres are r&b, hip hop. I’m looking for a drummer with good chops and one who can keep the timing when he does his chops. There are other services I will need such as laying down drums in studio, live performance, nevertheless, rehearsing with you as soon as possible is the project’s main concern at the moment.
