Hourly position averaging 5-7 hours per week at a 12-unit multi-family complex in Saranac Lake. Work includes regularly scheduled property management and maintenance, preparation of units for occupancy, filling of work orders. This is a contracted position. Qualifications: 1. Skills including but not limited to light construction; remodeling; refurbishing; plumbing; electrical; appliance repair; painting; cleaning of floor tile and carpeting; general cleaning; and grounds upkeep; 2. Ability to respond to off-hours needs in timely fashion. Insurance required.
