The office and lobby are cleaned each morning before the office opens. All model apartments are cleaned each morning. The common areas are thoroughly cleaned including the floors, trash cans, and windows. Vacant apartments are cleaned as directed by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
A touch-up clean is made to any "show" apartments and apartments scheduled for move-in. Maintain an inventory of cleaning materials and supplies; notify the Maintenance Supervisor when any materials or supplies need to be ordered. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in any other duties as directed.
