Responsibilities include but not limited to: - property upkeep and trash pickup - basic landscaping - amenity area safety and cleanliness - apartment turn assistance - other duties as assigned by supervisor Maintenance Technicians ensure that the community is functioning properly from a maintenance and mechanical standpoint. You hold everything together, literally. Your hard work, knowledge, and ability to resolve issues in resident units is why you do what you do! Duties will include but are not limited to: - Work orders (Basic electrical, basic plumbing, paint, sheet rock repair, other tasks) - Turns (Apartment Make Readies) - Grounds upkeep - Resident relations Must pass background check per industry standards and Oregon Law.
