Black Toyota Rav 4, licence plate 184 MPL, has been abondoned outside a residence on SE 24th Ave and SE Market. It's been here for over 2 weeks now. Condition is very good, and tags to 2024. Is this yours? It could have been stolen. Already reported to police.
