I am seeking 1-2 creative and chill females to share my 3bdr house in NE Austin. I’m an artist and musician in my 40’s who would like to have more creative community in my home. Ideal housemate might be a visual artist or musician ( I have a piano and other instruments,);occasionally sharing a meal might be nice too. The bigger room $800 at the front of the house has its own entrance and feels more secluded. The smaller room $700 is closer to the living area and has big east facing windows that over look the big back yard. Bathroom is shared between the two rooms. The rooms are ABP including internet and they can come partially furnished or not. You are also welcome to paint them whatever color you like. Close to 183 and bus stop nearby.
