Grounds keeper needed for 120 unit apt complex. Duties include: Cleaning laundry room daily. Cleaning stairways monthly.Keeping garbage areas clean daily. Cleaning grounds daily. Cleaning office and bathroom weekly. Cleaning and prep of rentals for showings. Assisting maintenance crew when needed. Seasonal - mowing grass areas and helping with landscaping. Keeping pool area clean. Raking leaves. Keeping grass from growing on sidewalks. Snow removal. Hours are full time 9-5 Monday thru Friday Must speak English, Spanish a plus
