Artisan Deck & Design LLC, the area’s leading builder of outdoor living spaces seeks to add more carpenters to our team – from entry level skill to seasoned, experienced craftsman. We specialize in decks, pergolas, screen porches, and outdoor living spaces that are thoughtfully designed and well built, with the utmost attention to detail. We offer our clients the highest quality components, careful craftsmanship and personal attention to every project. You’ll be challenged, encouraged and given chances to show off the quality of work you can do. We are a locally owned, team-oriented business with a positive, rewarding work environment. We have our own showroom and shop in Madison. We have full time positions open. Typical hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm. Minimum requirements are: • You’re detail oriented, highly skilled, self-motivated. • You appreciate and value good craftsmanship. • You are able to and enjoy working collaboratively. • You communicate effectively and excel in a multi-tasking team setting. • You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. • You can communicate with homeowners, workers, and management. • You are able to work 5 days a week • Most of all – you’re hardworking, honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn. Basic hand tools and some power tools are needed. Job trailers and all other tools are provided. Compensation is based on experience and is highly competitive.
