Immediately hiring an experienced auto parts professional at an auto shop that partner with a used car dealership in Duluth, Ga. CONTACT: 404.382.5353 / 470.755.7420 David The role will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained the first time. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians Costs parts on invoice Coordinates with Technicians and Dealership Management (Partner) and others to ensure that parts requests are met Stocks incoming product and tracks inventory Manage accounts Ability to communicate via phone, email and text Skills needed for this role: Valid driver's license with good driving history At least 2 year of Auto Parts Counter experience preferred Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change Good computer skills and attention to detail Automotive knowledge will be a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work Tues-Sat 8am-6pm BENEFITS: Vison Dental AFLAC (after 90 days) Life Insurance (company paid after 90 days) Life Time Fitness Membership --
