Full time Maintenance Position 60 Colonial Drive Springville, NY Apartment Maintenance Person in Springville, NY wanted for immediate opening. We have an opening to fill a full-time maintenance position. The successful applicant will be performing apartment maintenance duties in Springville, NY. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good customer service skills, trustworthy, punctual and has general maintenance experience including; painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, cleaning and minor repairs. You will be working under and taking direction from the company wide maintenance supervisor. A valid NYS driver’s license is required and the successful candidate will complete a criminal background check. Full-time position (additional hours available seasonal) with competitive pay commensurate with experience.
