Looking for an office assistant

I am looking for someone about 3 times per week. Mostly day hours. It pays $15 an hour. I run a restaurant in Manayunk, and I have some big things coming and I need a second hand in some areas. No restaurant experience needed but it does help. There is an office to work out of and some work can be done remotely. I am looking for someone who can be very detail oriented. This ad for example will ask you questions at the bottom. Please reply with those questions answered so I know you can follow details which are important. Things I am looking to have done. Calling repairmen. There are things always needing to be fixed. I have people to fix them, but I am doing lots of other things and forget to call them. I need someone to stay on top of things. Social media posts and taking pictures of our food. Contacting our list of people in the media and our customers about certain things I have going on. Handle a checklist to the tee. FILING! We have invoices and bills and shipping reciepts that all go in their special place in the filing cabinet. Keeping the office cleaned. I need someone that can come in and JUST DO IT and not be on your phone most of the time. All restaurants have issues with servers and bartenders on their phones and I cannot have someone representing me, not follow our rules. Now of course part of the job is social media, so my point is, set an example. MUST HAVE Google doc experience MUST HAVE great social media understanding of Instagram business and AD BOOSTING. NICE TO HAVE graphics making ability or being an expert in Canva. Ok PLEASE reply with any experience and again none is ok but tell me about your work history or are you a student?
