This is a Full time position that requires a current driver’s license, clean driving record and background check along and the ability to pass a drug test. APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE PHYSICAL ABILITY TO CARRY AND EXTEND 2 AND 3 STORY EXTENSION LADDERS DAILY (ladders weigh up to 70lbs+), climb steep roofs, maneuver within tight crawlspaces and attics on a daily basis. Cannot be afraid of heights up to 50 feet. Must have great communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-motivated, organized, and a well-disciplined individual. Must have basic knowledge of general power tools and building structures. Looking for Saturday, Sunday on call along with weekday work. Licensed pest operator is preferred, but not a deal breaker.
