Looking for an experienced foreman/driver to run a 4 man maintenance crew. Must know how to operate mower, edger, weed eater, blowers, etc. Must have an eye for detail and communicate back to the office with any issues that need be addressed with the property. Must be able to drive large truck and trailer (forwards and backwards) We are looking for someone to stay long term and grow with the company. Hours: Mon- Thur (40 hours) OT available on Friday Must have reliable transportation, shop is located in Palm City Must be dependable and a team player We offer paid holiday and time off after 90 days! Raise and bonus after 6 months Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus but not required Valid/clean driver's license is a must
