We are looking for a young professional who is eager to learn and grow in an expanding consulting company located in Huntington Beach. This position entails day-to-day maintenance duties around our office such as taking out the trash, keeping the office space clean, organized, and stocked with office supplies, as well as doing other maintenance duties such as hanging chandeliers, painting various walls, dropping off car parts/supplies, etc. Skills we are looking for: -Well organized/Time management skills: it will be this employees duty to keep the office and shared spaces well organized and clean. As we do not micromanage at our company, it is also this employees responsibility to maintain their own day-to-day schedule which heavily utilizes the skill of organization and time management. -Self starter: it will be expected that one will execute projects in a quick and timely manner and will also take initiative to see their tasks through to completion. -Trustworthy: it is with utmost importance that our employees are responsible and trustworthy people. -Must be physically able to lift heavy items/equipment. -Driving experience: this employee will be required to have a vehicle and valid drivers license as it may be required of them to drive supplies from point A to point B. -Other skills such as car maintenance history is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
