LRE Foundation Repair is hiring an experienced and motivated Crawlspace Construction Foreman for our Largo location. As a Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality foundation repair products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. To be successful in the role, here's what we need from you: • Experience supervising projects and crew members as it relates to construction is preferred. • Experience in construction or heavy labor role. This is a "hands-on" foreman role. • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. • Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight occasionally. • Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work overtime if needed. • Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device. • Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English. • All job offers are considered conditional until candidate has completed required background check and drug screening.
