A Largo located manufacturer that makes components & panels is hiring for a Shop Helper to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include loading/unloading, sorting, lifting, and helping out with labor as needed. You will be cross trained on wood working machines including Edge bander and Vertical Drill Machines. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work hands on and stand for long periods of time. Someone who is willing to learn and pick up on new tasks is necessary. Experience with woodworking is a plus! Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation. We have Part time and full time positions available with growth opportunity for the right individual! Schedule: Full Time: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm - no weekends Part time: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-6:00pm - no weekends Qualifications: -Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time -Reliable transportation Starting pay: $16.00 per hour with performance based increases after the probationary period.
